Block current employer from seeing your profile

give applicants and candidates the ability to make a profile but also to block their current employer from seeing their profile in order to increase their ability to remain anonymous

Location (On-site, Hybrid, Remote)

Currently, you only get the option to choose a specific city and remote. However, I believe this should be improved to be more precise on the job type by adding other options, such as On-site and Hybrid, to clarify and differentiate between them.

Tailored background image for each employer rather than a universal image across all employers

A great bit of additional branding on the employer profile would be to add a bespoke banner/header to each employer page rather than a single universal picture/colour across all employers.

Adding the the possibility for each user on the multiuser feature to receive their own job alerts / application alerts rather than this going back to the admin emails address. It would also be useful for the admin to be able to see which user has posted the position so it's clear who is in control of which jobs.

Show number of jobs based on search

Displaying the number of found jobs when someone performs a certain job search.

tracking emails

Would be good to be able to track the emails you send out on our behalf so we know everything is working
