feature suggestion: ability to duplicate a job post from a previous one and then all the fields will be filled out at the "add job" page
Allow for pay per applicant model option.
We've had a few customers ask for a pay per applicant model similar to Indeed to make the job board more risk free. It would be great if we could choose which model we want to use for our job board!
Number-format - #'###.##
A small thing. It would be great to have the number-format for Germany, Austria and Switzerland: Now it's: ex. CHF 1,500.00 It should be like this: CHF 1'500.00
Auto tagging for candidates would be great so that you can easily match jobs with candidates then send them out the corresponding jobs via email alerts
Apply with Linkedin
Lower the barrier to apply by allowing applicants to apply with their information from Linkedin. With this enablement, you make it possible to apply for jobs through phone more easily, since most don't have their CV's on their phone. Besides, social medias like Linkedin are more up to date than the average CV's people have on their computer. More applicants = happier employers = happier Jboard users.
Separate categories lists for specific job posts (products)
For example - let's say I charge $150 for a job post for general jobs and then I charge $300 for upper management job posts. Right now the system allows me to buy a $150 general job post and still select from the same category list of the general jobs or upper management jobs. If we could have a category list that can limited to only certain products this would solve the issue.
Accept payments via Invoice
In addition to Stripe, it would be great if you could add an option that allows employers to choose between paying on-site or via invoice. If they choose the invoice option, it should automatically send them an email with the invoice for their selected product and payment details.
