We’re excited to introduce the first version of our Applicant Tracking System, designed to help job boards offer employers a simple and effective way to manage applicants in one place.
Here’s a short walkthrough showing how the ATS works from an employer’s perspective:
Available on the Plus plan or as an Add-on for $199/month
What Employers Can Do
With the new ATS dashboard, employers can easily manage applicants per job by:
Assigning Applicant Statuses
Shortlist, review, or move candidates through custom hiring stages.
Messaging Applicants Directly
Send emails from the dashboard and receive replies directly inside the ATS.
Filtering Applicants
Use default and custom filters to quickly find the right candidates.
Adding Internal Notes
Leave private notes on applicants to keep hiring discussions and feedback organized.
What’s Coming Next
We’re already working on the next phase of the ATS, including:
- Usage reportingfor job board owners to see how employers are using the ATS.
- Monetization optionto separately upsell the ATS feature to employers.
- Screening questionsso employers can pre-filter candidates before reviewing applications.
To provide job boards more flexibility in customizing their employer signup forms, we’ve combined the default (main) employer fields and custom fields into a single section.
Now you can:
- Reorder all fields to control their display order on the signup form
- Make any field required/optional or inactive
- Choose which fields to display on the signup

You can now choose which employer fields appear during the signup flow. This update reduces friction for new employers by allowing job board admins to request only the essential information up front, while keeping additional fields optional for later.

We’ve restructured the Job Applications Interface for Employers to make navigation easier and the layout more intuitive.

Job seekers can now filter jobs by the
Easy Apply checkbox
. When enabled, only jobs posted with the “Apply by From” option will appear in search results, helping candidates quickly find roles that they can apply on-site.To add the Easy Apply Filter, navigate to:
Job Board Settings > Jobs > Search Filters > Add Filter >
Easy Apply

Job seekers can now refine their search results by filtering jobs based on minimum compensation, making it easier to find roles that match their expectations.

To add the Salary Filter, navigate to:
Job Board Settings > Jobs > Search Filters > Add Filter
> Salary Filter

We’ve added the ability to reorder options in
Dropdown
and Multi-select
fields, allowing admins to drag and drop choices into the sequence they prefer.
You can now create custom filters to improve the job search experience. Each filter can be configured to search inside any of the job fields, including any custom field you have created.
To add a filter, simply go to
Job Board Settings > Jobs > Search Filters
, then:- Add a new filter
- Choose the filter type
- Select the job field(s) you want it to search in

To help job boards import only relevant jobs from incoming XML feeds, we’ve expanded the filtering capabilities, allowing you to create custom filters mapped to any property in the XML feed.
Common use cases include adding a filter to:
- Minimum salary field— such as importing jobs that have a minimum salary of $X
- Description– importing jobs by searching for keywords in description
- Apply URL– importing jobs where the apply URL is www.example.com only
And more..
To add this, you simply need to click on “Add Filter” in your XML feed configuration, map the field you want to add a filter on top of, then choose the condition to add your rule.
In the example below, we’ve configured the aggregator to import only jobs where the minimum salary is 5,000 and the country is in the United States
