If they leave the URL field blank, it doesn't appear on their profile. However, even if the employer doesn't click the checkbox, if I make the field visible to everyone (which is ideal), the field displays on the employer page as the name of the field + NO.

I would like a checkbox when creating a custom employer field that says "Only show if filled in".
