At the moment, employers posting a job have to manually scroll down to the currency of choice (including popular currencies like EUR). Once the currency field is selected, it would be faster if users could type a letter (e.g. E, in this case) and for the field to quickly scroll to currencies beginning with that letter (e.g. euros).

Ideally, typing the same letter again (e.g. E) would then select the next currency beginning with that letter, in alphabetical order.

Alternatively, typing the whole currency (e.g. E-U-R) should scroll directly to that currency.
