Provide option to collect job applications on JBoard for aggregated jobs instead of redirecting.

This will allow us to capture applicants and encourage employers to sign up, mentioning that they have applicants waiting for their review.

Thanks for the suggestion! 
At the moment, you will be able to do this with the auto-tagger tool, where you can add a rule defining the aggregators you want to change the apply type of, and then for the property, you can choose "Set Apply By" and select "By Form" 
By doing this, all the jobs coming in from the selected aggregators will be "Apply By Form"

I think a great way to do this would be in partnership with a direct apply company - like Sonic Job - they do CPA, but I work with them on other boards and they create a microsite for each apply so it feels like apply onsite. Depending on the type of aggregator. how the monetization model works, and the requirements for applying in ATS for larger companies - applying onsite without a partnership like Sonic and not redirecting would be challenging. I love anything that keeps people on site longer, for sure.
