Need a way to upload and manage advertising for the site. I get complaints with ads from Google and you make very little money. Ability to upload banner ads, schedule by dates, impressions or click throughs would be great. Need basic analytics showing impressions and click throughs. I can make more than enough through ads to support the page and any additional revenue would be from the posts. There are so many sites for media that offer free postings, it makes it difficult to monetize the majority of jobs. I'd rather have tons of jobs, lots of traffic and highlight the few paid job posters that pay.
