Make employers able to scroll through tags

Make employers able to scroll through tags so that they can see all that is available in alphabetical order. Otherwise they really wont know all the options.

Tags - Only top 10 TAG are displayed to the client, as a drop down, in Alphabetical order- Please can you make it possible to order the top 10 Tags in an order of my choosing -so the client is then at least presented with the most commonly selected TAGS. If that makes sense?
