We've run into this problem a few times now - people sign up for our unlimited jobs subscription package, and then a few months later flip out and ask for a refund because they didn't know they'd signed up for a recurringn subscription. We've done what we can to make it extremely clear on the site, but it would be super nice (and it's honestly expected) to have a 'thank you for your subscription' email. something like "thank you for your (job board name) subscription. You now have access to (unlimited job postings, resume database access, etc). Your subscription of (amount) will renew monthly on the (date). You can cancel anytime by (cancellation steps).
