Currently, you only get the option to choose a specific city and remote.

However, I believe this should be improved to be more precise on the job type by adding other options, such as On-site and Hybrid, to clarify and differentiate between them.

Agreed. Most candidates on our board are looking for Remote and Hybrid. It would reduce their frustration with job boards if we at least Hybrid was an option or as Terrence Williams said be able to create a custom location type.

Some industries have more types -- so even just CUSTOM LOCATION TYPE would be great. 
In my industry, Touring would be a desirable option, for example 
So why not a custom definable location type.
