Job Posting Expiration Dates Chosen by Employer

In my niche, employers collect all the applications by a certain date and then start reviewing and deciding who they will interview.
It would be really helpful if the employer could select the deadline when they are creating the job post and have that displayed on the main search results listing page. And to take it one step further -- if you could make that sortable so that candidates can sort by the jobs that are nearing the deadline for them to submit their application.
I am attaching a screenshot of a competitor to illustrate how the expiration date is featured on the listing of the job on the search results page.
This site gives the employer a calendar picker to choose that date.
Currently, the workaround solution on JBoard appears to be the following:
- Create a custom jobs field
- Give the employer the option to manually type in the date
- It will be featured on the inside of the job posting once opened
- However, it will not be featured on the front in the search results, nor will the job automatically expire once that date is reached.
