A community built specifically for those of us running on your platform. This would be a place where we can connect with each other, share best practices, troubleshoot technical challenges, swap marketing and automation tips, and improve outcomes together.
Not only would this reduce support volume on your end, it would also help us feel more confident and supported as we grow our boards. Many of us are working solo or in small teams, and being able to crowdsource advice or learn from others would be a game changer.
A community could also surface new feature ideas, create brand advocates, and build loyalty to your platform.
