I talk to a lot of clients who would like Jboard (joppboard.nl in our case) to be one of their “recruitment channels” within their own ATS system. Example: LinkedIn, Indeed or Monsterboard can be used from their ATS as channels. So they can keep working from their own ATS, but post on Jboard (and see how effective this particular channel is for their recruitment).
ATS providers from companies I talk to include:

  5. Bullhorn
  6. BambooHR
From an employer perspective, this helps them to measure channel efficiency, candidate quality. But also, it saves them the hassle of uploading all their vacancies on multiple websites.
From a JBoard perspective: it gives opportunities to grow your client base faster + streamline the service towards clients.
To keep in mind: I don't mean XML-feed or aggregator. I really mean a connection between ATS and Jboard where vacancies from the ATS can be pushed to Jboard (field mapping also necessary).
For JBoard users (like us) it's an easy upsell to create these integrations on behalf of the clients.
