Currently, employers have to manually copy and paste candidate email addresses to contact them outside of the JBoard system. We'd like to request the ability for employers to email candidates directly within the platform.

This would provide a more seamless experience for employers and significantly reduce time spent on outreach. Additionally, in-system messaging would likely improve email deliverability, as candidates have already opted in to receive communication via the platform. At the moment, many direct emails are ending up in candidates’ spam folders, which is proving inefficient for both parties.
