I noticed square employer logos look great in the job feed but horizontal logos are decreasing in size to fit. I have a site we did with programmers where they were able to allow for the horiz format. I think everyone's job board's would benefit from easier to read logos and employers would appreciate not having their logos shrunk to a tiny size. It would also be a benefit over your competition since I noticed they have a similar issue.
