It would be ideal for a job seeker to have the capability to save or be notified when an employer creates a new job. I envision this being a bookmark or CTA button on an employer profile. For a job board that is unique to a specific type of work, it's far more likely that people will be waiting for specific employer to post a job so they don't miss an opportunity.
