I want to do something that will provide a more robust searching capability for job seekers looking at employers. I would like the ability to add an address field (not just location) for Employers as well as give employers the ability to add attributes to categorize or tag employers (this is something that yelp does and employers pay for enhanced profiles, so this could probably be a monetized featured). This will make an employer profile closer to a true listing with SEO benefits for them, but also allow me to create employer profile filters and landing pages per region or country. Examples of employer attributes for my use case - chef owned, restaurant, hotel/resort, gluten-free
