Add OTE (on-target earnings) / commission

For sales roles, it would be very helpful to have an additional field where we could list the earning potential on-top of salaries.

From my perspective, it is not clear if compensation means OTE or salary (and I know salespeople would find this confusing as well)

If you navigate to 'Job Board Settings > Jobs > Custom Job Fields' and click on the top-right button, you'll reach the section in my initial screenshot

Hi Jay,

Since this compensation structure is specific to sales-related jobs, you can add it as a "Numeric Range" type custom job field.
