Our association is specific to a province in Canada, however we do have a few out-of-province members. The ability to select the choices available to search using a drill down for specific country > province/state > city/town/region would be extremely valuable.

Yes, currently frustrating in the UK. Eg we have a large town called Bovey Tracey which doesn't appear in the drop down (but will show the correct jobs if I search anyway) but gives lots of irrelevant locations in the US. Jobseekers will be put off by this as I'm promoting the platform as local only.

This will be very useful to have !
